Urban vs. Suburban: Survival of the Fittest

How are the City of Chicago and the suburbs preparing to survive the dramatic changes we are seeing in our economy, housing and buying patterns? How are developers changing their market analytics to respond to these changes? How are Chicago and the suburbs responding to the new American Dream of Freedom and Mobility? And how could we have so much fun talking about such serious topics?

Join us for our annual Chautauqua learning intensive to explore these and other challenges facing the Chicago Metro region while enjoying the camaraderie of colleagues, good food, drink and entertainment at the private Lincoln Park Builder’s Club.

We’ve assembled a team of industry experts who will challenge your assumptions and help you develop new insights into this race for survival of the fittest:

  • Keith Lord, President, The Lord Companies, LLC
  • Kyle Kamin, Executive Vice President, CBRE | Global Advisory & Transaction Services
  • Jim Norris, Village Manager, Village of Hoffman Estates
  • Elizabeth Schuh, Principal Policy Analyst, Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP)
